Do you provide the alcohol?

Can you help us figure out how much alcohol to buy?

Absolutely. Alcohol planning assistance is included with our services. We'll help estimate quantities of beer, wine, liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar essentials so you can purchase with confidence.

Do you create signature cocktails?

Yes. Signature cocktail creation is included in our planning process. We love helping clients create cocktails that reflect their personalities, event theme, or celebration style.

Do you offer mocktails?

Yes. We offer elevated non-alcoholic options and mocktail menus so every guest feels included in the celebration.

Can guests order drinks that aren't on our menu?

In many cases, yes. If we have the ingredients available, our bartenders are happy to accommodate reasonable drink requests. We strive to create a welcoming experience while maintaining efficient service for all guests.

What happens if we run out of alcohol?

Our alcohol planning assistance is designed to help prevent this from happening. However, consumption can vary from event to event. If supplies become limited, our bartenders will communicate with the host or designated contact to discuss available options.

Are you insured?

Yes. Pour4 carries both General Liability Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance with coverage limits of up to $2 million per policy. Certificates of insurance can be provided upon request.

Do you check IDs?

Yes. We ID anyone who appears to be under 40 years old. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID in order to be served alcohol.

No. Under no circumstances will our staff serve alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age.

No. For the safety of our guests and in compliance with Texas law and our insurance requirements, we reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or impaired.

Who is allowed to serve alcohol at the event?

For the safety of our guests and to comply with Texas alcohol laws and insurance requirements, all alcohol service must be controlled and overseen by Pour4 staff. Guests, hosts, family members, and other vendors are not permitted to serve alcohol directly to attendees. In special situations involving approved activations such as beer burros, alcohol service must remain under the supervision of both the animal's handler and a Pour4 bartender. Our goal is to ensure every celebration remains safe, compliant, and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Can friends or family help behind the bar?

No. For liability, insurance, and compliance reasons, only authorized Pour4 bartenders may handle or serve alcohol during your event. This policy helps ensure responsible alcohol service, protects our clients, and allows us to maintain compliance with Texas state laws and insurance requirements.

We provide bartending services for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, fundraisers & galas, private parties, anniversary celebrations, retirement parties, holiday parties, and community events.

How far do you travel?

We proudly serve Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Hunt, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, and surrounding Texas communities. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

How far in advance should we book?

Popular wedding dates can book months — and sometimes over a year — in advance. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak wedding season.

How do we reserve our date?

A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date. Once booked, we'll begin planning your customized bar experience and guide you through the next steps.
